Beaches in Ibiza

Just north of Cala Gracio, a short walk away past some fishing huts, is the much more tranquil cove of Cala Gracioneta.

This is a favourite hot spot just above the resort of Santa Eulalia in the popular small town of Es Canar.

Cala Jondal is a breath of fresh air as it's one of the few large beaches with hardly any big development.

This stunning strip of beach goes on for miles along the coastline of the idyllic island of Formentera, situated just south of Ibiza.

Located between the beaches of Cala Tarida and Cala Codolar, this small bay can be hard to find.

A beautiful golden pebbly sand beach popular with families, hippies and the tight knit residents of Ibiza's northern community.

Slightly less busy than some of the other beaches close to Santa Eulalia this beach offers not only great white sandy, shallow bathing and restaurants but also hosts a diving school.

Through the salt flats you enter the beautiful sandy beach of Salinas.

Situated on the west coast of the island, Cala Moli is a cove of pure unspoilt relaxation.

Not the lush white sand beach that we know and love in Ibiza, and not a pebble beach either...this small port is the perfect place to get away from the crowds on the south-west coast.

Just before you get to the luxurious beach clubs at nearby Cala Jondal, is a lovely local beach with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

A small, sheltered cove that offers pristine waters for swimming, diving and snorkelling, this beach is popular with locals and nudists.

There are two small coves here, Cala Salada which is composed of golden sand and Cala Saldeta which is shingle and accessed via a small footpath.

Cala Conta is made up of three sandy bays, all with stunningly clear azure waters to swim in.

This pleasant small beach is within walking distance along the coast from San Antonio town centre, around 30-40 minutes walk. You can also easily take a bus or water taxi over from the main town.

Situated at the end of the resort of San Antonio, this is a golden sandy beach with plenty of visitors in the summer.

Just north of Santa Eulalia is the peaceful beach of Es Niu Blau. Around 100m of golden sand ensures plenty of bathing spots and the bordering pine trees provide some shade.
