Setting & Location

Although the immense natural beauty has meant over-development of this area, with large hotel and apartment complexes surrounding the beach, this is very much a perfect family destination.

More peaceful than the busy Ibiza town nightlife, Cala Llonga is just as packed with restaurants, shops and hotels.

Water Safety & Clarity

They have a lifeguard and emergency station that is well manned throughout the summer season so you can swim in safety. The waters are shallow and the bay stretches out quite far before it meets the open ocean meaning that it stays relatively calm throughout.

Beach Quality

The white soft sand stretches for 180m with the pine covered cliffs at each end.

Watersports Nearby

There are plenty of beach and watersports on offer here. In the local shops there are bucket and spades, bat and balls, inflatables and much more. Near the water's edge you'll find pedalos and other water based activities.
