Beautiful refurbished old farmhouse close to the west coast & San Antonio
This family-run boutique hotel is nestled in the Valle de Almendros (almond valley) in Santa Agnes, just a 10-minute drive away from Cala Salada beach and 10 minutes walking from the cliffs of Ses Balandres.
This refurbished farmhouse was built in 1652 and transformed in 1997 to the beautiful hotel it is today. Set in a relaxed and tranquil environment, this is a haven for lovers of interior design, Mediterranean cuisine and relaxation.
The friendly staff are on hand to recommend restaurants, beaches and other activities around the island, as well as ensuring your comfort and enjoyment in the hotel. There is a library with an open fireplace that has a great selection of books in various languages, along with board games and DVD's for you to take your room if you desire.
As well as a restaurant and cocktail bar, there is an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, health and beauty centre and small clothing boutique. Bicycles are also available at no extra charge. They can also organize boat trips, children's activities and car excursions.
In their spa area you can find a sauna, outdoor pool and wooden hot tub, all with the unique setting of St. Agnes Valley views. They also offer yoga, pilates, beauty treatments and rituals, and massages.
They offer a selection of wines, spirits and cocktails, including a long list of gins. They also have fresh fruit juices, a selection of loose leaf teas and non-alcoholic cocktails.
The hotel's restaurant serves creative Mediterranean cuisine using local, organic and seasonal produce. The menu includes salads, pasta, meat, fish, seafood, vegetarian dishes and their famous Iberian cold meat and cheese platter for lunch. The setting changes at night time with a romantic dinner served in the gardens or in their winter candlelit restaurant. Every night they offer a different Chef’s Special using the catch of the day accompanied by the Chef's Appetizer.
They also serve a breakfast buffet with Ibizan specialities, a wide selection of cheeses, Iberian cuts, freshly prepared hot meals, a great selection of homemade cakes and baked goods, and a dietary corner with gluten free products.

Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera is 12km north of Ibiza Town, located in the middle of the island surrounded by rich countryside and fruit trees, (hence the name).
This pretty village sitsย on top of a hill and is definitely off the beaten track, locatedย 19km west of Ibiza town, just pass the town of San Josep.
Heading out north west on the main road from Ibiza to San Antonio, after 7km, lies the small village of San Rafael.ย
