Cascadas Suspendidas is an outdoor thalassotherapy circuit atop the cliffs of Na Xamena with stunning views of the Mediterranean. The water circuit consists of several pools with heated sea water, all of them at different depths and located on different levels, interconnected by waterfalls. Each one is equipped with air jets which provide a relaxing massage from head to toe during the 45 minute treatment.

The botanic spa offers massages, body wraps, facial treatments and wellness programmes.

The spa and water circuit are open to non-guests. They only open from April to October, from 10:00 for the spa, and 12:30 for Cascadas Suspendidas.

The thermal area includes a jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, cold tub, foot bath, hot and cold alternating showers, relaxation room and an outdoor heated pool with hydromassage beds and water jets, a waterfall, a swan neck fountain and sun loungers.

They also offer a vast choice of massages, face and body treatments, including 3 for children, and a hair and nails salon.

Open every day 10:00-21:30. Access is available to guests and non-guests alike.

They also offer a wide range of wellness therapies and luxury experiences. The water circuit includes heated hydromassage pools, contrast baths, cold water pool, Turkish bath, sauna, aromatic showers, ice fountains, saline inhalation thermal baths and a water bed relaxation area.

The luxurious facilities include a jet pool, water beds, feng shui pool, Roman bath, Finnish sauna, hammam, cold pool, ice fountain, rain showers and Scottish shower. Beauty treatments use Clarins products and are focused both on face and body, with special programmes for men. They also offer lots of different types of massages and rituals.

Wellness programmes are 3, 5 or 7 days long and are aimed at getting fit, detoxing, losing weight or relaxing. They combine personal trainers, organic juices, beauty treatments and consultations with a chiropractor and a nutritionist.

Additionally, there is a fully equipped gym where classes such as pilates, yoga, kickboxing and ballet are organised, plus a hair and nails salon.

Although the spa is situated within a hotel it's possible to pay for a days access. Opening times during the winter season - Monday to Saturday from 09:30 to 22:30. Sundays closed.

The spa features a recreational heated pool with water jets, counter-flow jets and a relaxation bench. There is also a jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, steam room and massage showers. They offer a wide range of massages, beauty treatments and body wraps using Germaine de Capuccini products.
