Endless fine sand and crystal clear water on the island of Formentera
This stunning strip of beach goes on for miles along the coastline of the idyllic island of Formentera, situated just south of Ibiza.
Spectacular views, clear and shallow water, luxury yachts moored on the horizon, with a relaxed vibe, this beach is ideal all year round. During the busier summer months there are stalls and vendors to offer drinks, snacks and sunbathing essentials.

This a resort mainly for clubbers and also families on package holidays. If you're looking for more history and culture then it's probably best to stay closer to Ibiza Town itself.
Set back 1km inland from the beach resort of Playa d'en Bossa is the small and still traditional village of Sant Jordi.
You can reach the area of Figueretes if you walk all the way through Ibiza town, away from the port.
