Es Niu Blau beach beach

1. Es Niu Blau Beach

Santa Eularia

Just north of Santa Eulalia is the peaceful beach of Es Niu Blau. Around 100m of golden sand ensures plenty of bathing spots and the bordering pine trees provide some shade.

There are sun loungers and a few restaurants and generally a very chilled and relaxed atmosphere. Popular with locals as well as tourists this beach is one for the families who are looking to escape the busier beach areas around Santa Eulalia but still have amenities close by.

2. Cala Llenya Beach, East Ibiza

This pretty beach curves around in a wide swoop offering plenty of bathing space on its white sand.

This pretty beach is set in a lovely cove and stretches back into the pine forests behind. There is a restaurant, sun loungers and umbrellas to hire, plus a whole host of watersports to try, including pedalos with water slides.

3. Es Canar Beach, East Ibiza

This is a favourite hot spot just above the resort of Santa Eulalia in the popular small town of Es Canar.

The golden sandy beach stretches for 300m and the water gently shelves, making it safe for swimming and good for water sports. It does get crowded early on but there are opportunities to walk further round the coastline from here and to explore nearby coves and bays.

4. Cala Nova Beach, East Ibiza

Just north of the resort Es Canar is the long golden beach of Cala Nova.

A popular beach for families, and as with many of the quieter beaches in Ibiza it can also be popular with nudists. There are sun loungers, umbrellas and a restaurant for mid-day refreshments.

Even in the summer months, this beach is rarely crowded.

5. Cala Pada Beach, East Ibiza

Location
Santa Eularia

Slightly less busy than some of the other beaches close to Santa Eulalia this beach offers not only great white sandy, shallow bathing and restaurants but also hosts a diving school.

A beautiful beach on the east coast of the island that has very chilled vibe.

There is free parking at this beach, however in peak season it can be busy and you may find yourself parking further up the main road and walking to the beach. Buses are available from Santa Eulalia or it is in fact within walking distance.
