Villa Pitort has magnificent views of the nearby hillside, yet is still close to the center and beaches of Cala San Vicente. Cala San Vicente is a laid-back holiday destination with several good restaurants and 2 superb sandy coves, all within a short walk of the villa. This 4 bedroom house has a private swimming pool and a great alfresco dining area. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.
Villa Pitort is set back from the main street leading into Cala San Vicente. The house is slightly elevated above street level and is discreetly hidden by hedging. As you enter through the gates and pass under the vine-covered archway, a few steps lead up to the front door.
The combined lounge and dining area features comfortable sofas around a flat-screen TV, an ornamental brick fireplace, and a dining table with chairs. From the dining area, patio doors open onto the pool deck, providing easy access to the outdoor space.
The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped and has direct access to the BBQ terrace. It includes a full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and kettle.
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room, along with two twin bedrooms that share a separate bathroom. All three bedrooms have patio doors opening onto the villa grounds. The remaining twin bedroom, which occupies the entire first floor, has an en suite shower room and views of the nearby mountainside.
Outside, the villa boasts a private swimming pool with plenty of space for sunbathing. The grounds are bordered by hedging and trees, ensuring a good level of privacy. At the rear of the villa, you’ll find a brick-built BBQ and a shaded dining area, as well as a second smaller seating area and a table by the poolside.
Villa Pitort can accommodate up to 8 people. (A free travel crib and highchair are available on request.)
