Villa Nogués is a townhouse offering comfortable holiday accommodation with everything needed for a memorable holiday right on your doorstep.
Villa Nogues is ideally located just a short stroll from the beautiful beaches and amenities of Cala San Vicente. The village offers a surprising variety of cafes and restaurants, with the nearest just across the street. Two very popular fish restaurants, renowned for their fabulous paellas, are only a short walk away, near the beach. Additionally, a handy mini-market provides everything you might need for a self-catering holiday.
Inside, the house is modern, spacious, and furnished to a high standard, with air-conditioned bedrooms and a contemporary kitchen.
The lounge is bright and airy, with high ceilings, comfortable sofas, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Patio doors allow plenty of natural light to flood the space and provide access to the pool and terrace area from the dining room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern amenities you need to prepare delicious meals, including a full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and kettle.
On the ground floor, there are five bedrooms: a double bedroom and four twin bedrooms, as well as three bathrooms in total.
The villa also features covered terraces where you can dine al fresco or relax with a good book. There is even a small yet lovely swimming pool for those days when you can’t decide which of the three nearby beaches to visit.
