This detached villa which is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the beaches, shops and restaurants in Cala San Vincente.
This is a bright, airy, modern, and colourful villa, offering a range of features for a comfortable stay, including air-conditioning, all-round electrically operated security shutters, a video intercom system, and dimmer switches in the main living areas. The villa is just a few minutes' drive from the charming old town of Pollensa, with its excellent selection of restaurants, a golf course, and the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa.
Air-conditioning is available on a timed schedule: 13:00 – 15:00 and 19:00 – 07:00.
