Spanning two floors, the villa retains its character with tasteful, traditional furnishings. The spacious lounge, complete with plush sofas and large patio doors, seamlessly connects to the outdoor patios. A separate, fully equipped modern kitchen offers everything needed for effortless self-catering. The villa accommodates up to six guests with three bedrooms: one double and two twins. One twin bedroom boasts an en-suite shower room, while the remaining two bedrooms share two family bathrooms. For added comfort, air conditioning is provided between 2pm–4pm and 8pm–8am.

Lush, mature gardens filled with flowers, palms, and shrubs provide privacy and tranquillity. The expansive private pool (10m x 5m, depth 0.8m–2.3m) with Roman steps is the centrepiece of the outdoor space, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and parasols. Enjoy alfresco dining beneath the shaded poolside terrace, complete with a built-in barbecue for memorable meals. Private parking is also available on-site.
