Inside, the villa is arranged across multiple levels, offering 4 bedrooms and stunning views over the sea and Cala San Vicente. The living area features satellite TV and a DVD player, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. The villa includes 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 1 twin bedroom, and 1 additional double bedroom, with the latter two sharing a family bathroom.
The approximately 70 m² outdoor terrace, complete with a natural stone BBQ, outdoor kitchen, teak wood decking, and a lounge area, is perfect for enjoying the breathtaking sea views and Mallorcan sunsets.
A set of steps leads to the expansive 120 m² sun terrace, where a private pool and panoramic 360° views of the sea and mountains create a truly unique retreat.
