Only a 20 minute walk from San Antonio itself, this city beach is a quieter neighbour to S'Arenal de San Antonio.

Made up of three distinct beaches, all going by the same name and all accessible to the others by foot, but separated from each other by rocks, roads and hotels.

Situated right at the north end of San Antonio’s iconic Sunset Strip this small sand and rock beach offers great facilities, good swimming and spectacular views.

This pleasant small beach is within walking distance along the coast from San Antonio town centre, around 30-40 minutes walk. You can also easily take a bus or water taxi over from the main town.

There are two small coves here, Cala Salada which is composed of golden sand and Cala Saldeta which is shingle and accessed via a small footpath.

Situated a little away from the town centre in the older part of San Rafael the church is white washed in the traditional fashion.

The local church sits in the centre of the village and was founded 1797, although building actually began in 1785.

Standing at 23 metres in height this impressive monument sits nestled amongst the trees in the small residential village of Monte Cristo just 3.5km to the north of Ibiza Town.

There is not much to the village of Sant Mateu in the west of the island of Ibiza, but the church takes up a fairly large mass of land in the middle of it.

When you travel across the island you will see many remnants of windmills, once glorious, and now just a few spokes sticking out from a ruined tower.

The church of San Antonio dates back to the 14th century, however like many other churches, only some of the original building remains.

Heading out north west on the main road from Ibiza to San Antonio, after 7km, lies the small village of San Rafael. 

Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera is 12km north of Ibiza Town, located in the middle of the island surrounded by rich countryside and fruit trees, (hence the name).

The tiny village of San Mateu d'Albarca is one of the smallest on the island. Located 19km north of Eivissa, this tiny village is surrounded by beautiful countryside and lots of vineyards.

Past San Rafael, above San Antonio, is the small village of Santa Agnes, only 18km north west of the town of Ibiza, this is really in the sticks. 

Jesús is a lovely residential village situated 2km northeast of Ibiza town. There are a few local shops here such as a butchers and dry cleaners etc, plus a lovely church (Nostra Mare de Jesús).

San Antonio is the town by which many people define Ibiza. During the 1980's the town hit a development boom, as tourists (mainly English), flocked in their thousands to visit the sunny resort and dance the night away.
