The Restaurant
Deco restaurant has been very stylishly designed by Sean Cochrane. It has a marble floor, glass chandeliers and plush studded leather and corduroy seating to give the room a 1940's Art Deco style. Dishes include Soft Shell Crab salad and Crunchy Quinoa salad for the health conscious, through to Free Range Chicken and Vegetable Thai Salad served with Jasmine Rice and Grilled Rump Steak with Wild Rice. The kitchen is especially famed for its mouth-watering brunch, which boasts a remarkable selection of delicious dishes that range from Eggs Benedict made with Iberic Ham and Hollandaise through to Sweet Waffles with Egg and Bacon.
