Na Xamena Circular - Beginner Route
A good circular route to get you into the groove of biking in Ibiza
Taking in the beautiful olive and almond groves of the north west and the popular beach if Benirras, this circular is a great way to begin your biking experience in Ibiza.
Although a high percentage of this road is on road, they are very narrow with scarcely any markings. It will take you on a journey through the countryside and landscapes of the north of the island, making it accessible to cyclists who are not so skilled on two wheels.
It is a circular route, leaving from the small village of Sant Llorenç (San Lorenzo) and passing through the countryside, you will pass close to the town of Sant Miquel and climb until es Portixol where you begin a descent via a spectacular path with access to the cliffs of Na Xamena.

You will also pass close to the cave of Can Marçá, a beautiful cavern which stands out not only for its incredible features but also its history as a refuge for smugglers and pirates.
