The hotel has an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi, as well as access to the Grand Palladium Ibiza Palace Hotel's adult's and children's pools.

- "Just back from a long weekend at this fantastic hotel. It is very clean and staff are really helpful, we had a problem with our safe and it was fixed immediately. The food is fresh and plenty of choice. We only tried one A La Carte on site but it was beautiful. The spa is lovely if you are looking for a bit of chill out time. We had a ground floor terrace room, which we thoroughly enjoyed the ease of just opening our patio door in the morning, and heading to our sun loungers to relax and while away the day. We travelled in the school holidays (May) and found there to be plenty of room around all the pools, and didn't have a problem getting a table at any restaurant.
