Just south of San Antonio is the 300m long white sandy beach of Cala Bassa.

The church of San Antonio dates back to the 14th century, however like many other churches, only some of the original building remains.

The 19th century Esglesia de Sant Agusti is a large stone building whitewashed in typical Balearic style and topped with a bell tower, it is distinctive when compared to other Ibizan churches by its lack of porch area common to most.

The cave of Ses Fontanelles is situated in an area of beautiful rocky cliffs between Santa Agnes and San Antonio. Inside, there are pre-historic paintings.

Situated in the west of Ibiza the small town of Santa Agnes comprises just two restaurants and a beautiful church.

Just off the western coast of the island lies an small archipelago of uninhabited islands. The largest of these is Illa de sa Conillera, literally translated at "rabbit island", due to its residents.

The large area of Sant Josep covers mainly the whole south west of the island and is a gateway to some of the island's most beautiful beaches and to the islet of Es Vedra.

The steep road that leads down into Cala Vadella from the south shows you a glimpse of the beauty that awaits you below. Passing beautiful white washed villas with colourful windows and roofs you are led down to a surprisingly lively and picturesque resort.

Past San Rafael, above San Antonio, is the small village of Santa Agnes, only 18km north west of the town of Ibiza, this is really in the sticks.
