An easy biking route for beginners or those requiring a less demanding route - especially on those hot summer days!
This marked trail will take you from the coastal town of Santa Eulalia in the east of Ibiza to the hilly areas around the town of Santa Gertrudis in the centre of Ibiza. Mostly uphill this route is not taxing and is on a paved trail. travelling through some lovely farmland on the way you will be able to discover a different side to the party island at a more tranquil pace.
Along the route you will pass the Puig de Missa, a cluster of monuments on top of a hill, comprising Puig de Missa’s church, a cemetery, the Barrau Museum, the Ibiza Ethnographic Museum and other traditional buildings. When you reach Santa Gertrudis you will be able to enjoy the splendour of the church in the heart of the town.

In a pretty Ibizan house is the Ethnographic Museum of Ibiza. Permanently on display are artefacts that demonstrate how life was in Ibiza in the past.

This is a relatively short bike ride, you can take it at your own pace, but we would suggest waiting until you reach Santa Gertrudis for lunch,. There are numerous places to eat and drink here and it is a truly delightful town.

Located in a small natural area in Es Canar, this tree top adventure park offers different circuits for adults and children.
1. Depart from the Sta. Eulalia sports pavilion, go straight ahead along the street heading south.
2. Right turn. Continue straight ahead until you come to a road, where you turn to the right.
3. Roundabout, right turn. Go straight ahead along the road, enjoying the scenery.
4. Crossroads, straight ahead.
5. Right turn. Immediately after a little bridge, Turn to the right onto a paved road.
6. Left turn at crossroads.
7. Left turn at crossroads. This is a busy road so take care to stay as close to the edge as possible.
8. Right turn. When you come to a house with orange trees, turn right onto a narrow paved road that leads to some woodland.
9. Left fork.
10. Right turn. You will find a poorly paved road where you take a turn to the right and go straight ahead.
11. Left turn. At this point, turn to the left and head for Sta. Gertrudis, following the directions on a sign.
12. Roundabout to the left. Turn to the left and bear right as you arrive at Sta. Gertrudis.
13. Right turn. You will arrive at the main square of town, with its impressive church, and turn right and then left across the centre of town.
14. End of the route. At the end of the pedestrian street, you will come across the sign that indicates the end of the route.
