S'Argamassa Roman Aqueduct
Built by the Romans in the 1st century AD, this aqueduct now runs for 425 metres and reaches 2 metres high at some points.
The Ibiza Express, Es Canar
Explore the beautiful scenery of the north by mini-train on the Ibiza Express
With a choice of three different tours you can experience different parts of the north east of the island of Ibiza from the comfort of the tourist train.
It can haul several carriages and, being fitted with independent axis, allow the train to navigate the most difficult of bends; also being very narrow, it can easily pass through small byways and entrances. The power of the locomotive makes it easy to climb steep hills and the braking system allows the train to go downhill with 100% safety.
The tours are:
- Departing from Es Canar at 10:30 - San Carlos & the east coast beaches.
- Departing from Es Canar at 15:30 - Environment & culture (small lanes, villages, pretty coves, old farmhouses & plantations)
- Departing from Es Canar at 20:00 & 21:00 - Es Canar to Santa Eulalia
What to bring
As with any excursion in Ibiza, especially in the height of summer, it is best to take water and suncream. A swimming costume will no doubt come in handy too!

There are various stops along the route so you will be able to buy lunch or snacks during the tour. Alternatively take a picnic and enjoy it at one of the small villages you pass through or on one of the beaches.
