Luxury Seafront Developments Proposed in Ibiza
Property developers have bought three miles of beachfront
The Reuben Brothers, property developers and real estate investors, have acquired three miles of prime beachfront on Ibiza's west coast. The area between Cala Bassa and Cala Conta.
With a mere €25 million being spent to purchase the land just south west of San Antonio the brothers, David and Simon Reuben, are planning to build luxury seafront developments in the area. That area includes the beach of Cala Conta where the infamous Sunset Ashram beach bar and restaurant is situated.
The original owners of the land, the Gallart Sans family, had planning permission to redevelop the site but sold it before any work could take place, and that permission has now expired. The Reuben Brothers hope to renew the planning permission and begin their development.
