Dubbed "the most expensive restaurant in the world", dining at Sublimotion is definitely only attainable to those with deep pockets who can splash a whopping 1,500€ per person. An 8-Michelin star team has been gathered this year at this restaurant, including main chef Paco Roncero, who has two, as well as Dani Garcia, Diego Guerrero, Toño Pérez and pastry master Paco Torreblanca.
Sublimotion has only one table for 12 diners, surrounded by 360º screens, a state-of-the art sound system and technology that controls humidity, temperature and fragrances. Thus, dining turns into a 3-hour dramatised experience in which all senses are stimulated thanks to the participation of a team of 25 professionals, including audiovisual technicians, musicians, artists and illusionists. This year, they have also incorporated virtual reality which, together with augmented reality features, will take diners to a 1920s cabaret, the south-east of Asia or even the depths of hell... Sergio Ramos, David Bisbal, Alejandro Sanz, Cristiano Ronaldo and Avicii have already tried it!
