Having only opened last summer, Aiyanna Beach Club has become one of the must-visit addresses on the island. Its location in the gorgeous, secluded cove of Cala Nova with breathtaking sea views, its boho-chic decor with signature colourful crochet umbrellas and the delicious food that they serve at their restaurant have all contributed to making it the place to be on Ibiza's southeastern coast.

This summer, they've decided to extend their kitchen opening hours from 13:00 to 23:00, which means that you can enjoy their delicious Mediterranean menu while you watch the moon shimmering on the Mediterranean sea. Their fresh, seasonal and healthy selection includes favourites like Steamed rock mussels with spicy broth, Crisp-glazed grilled octopus with a red pepper muhammara dip, or Pineapple carpaccio. There are also lots of veggie options for the non-meat eaters out there, made with produce grown on Aiyanna's organic vegetable garden.

They're also celebrating special full moon dinners. The first one of them will take place next Saturday, 28th July, when you'll be able to watch the full moon rising over the sea while you enjoy dinner to the rhythm of by Kandela Mi Son's Cuban beats. Open until 01:00, you can sip on a post-dinner cocktail or a glass of cava while you watch the moon reflected on the sea, the perfect setting for a romantic evening!
