Located just outside of Sant Francesc, this winery produces two delicious red wines (Cap de Barbaria and Ophiusa) with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and local varieties Monastrell and Fogoneu.
This is Formentera's most famous wine and is exported to continental Spain and other countries.
The winery itself is closed to the public but you can buy bottles at local specialised shops (look for Enotecum on the road from Sant Ferran to La Mola and in Ibiza Town, Carbonicas Tur on the road to La Mola and Enoteca Eivins in Sant Antoni) or order it at local restaurants.
