This restaurant stands on what has become known as Ibiza’s ‘restaurant road’, the San Juan road, nestled between trees and hillsides. Their extensive menu features international and Japanese dishes as well as a wide variety of sushi.
With a strong family feel, you can enjoy their menu in their enchanting mix of Japanese garden, Ibicencan finca and modern design flourishes. They are also an eco-conscious company, collaborating with local charities and using organic produce.
Their menu includes a wide variety of recipes with numerous vegan options. From traditional Japanese cuisine including udon and soba noodles, tempura and pickled vegetables through to sushi and sashimi made with home-made wasabi, organic rice and low-satl soya sauce.
There are also international dishes such as rosemary and almond crust white fish, Turbot in seaweed tempura with a honey mustard sauce and home-made desserts like apple millefeuille with honey and cinnamon, served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream. Their cocktail bar has a long list of options, many made with sake, as well as Spanish wines, sencha tea and beer.
Open from mid March to late October, Monday to Saturday from 20:00 to 02:00. Closed on Sundays.
