The Crown Prince and Princess of Norway, Haakon and Mette-Marit, have been spotted on the paradisiacal island of Formentera this week with their children Ingrid Alexandra and Sverre Magnus.

They flew to Ibiza on a private jet, landing on the island on Monday. They readily moved to Formentera, where they're staying in a luxury rental villa. They've been moving around the island on a Mehari, Formentera's iconic car – a small, convertible off-road SUV that became a symbol of the island's free spirit in the 1970s and has recently seen a revival thanks to its new electric version. The Royals were also seen sailing on a luxury yacht along the coastline and having lunch at one of the many celeb-favourite beach restaurants in Formentera, Es Molí de Sal.

Also in the area this week is Melanie Griffith, who's taking a break in Ibiza. She's shared a few pics sunbathing on a yacht just off the coast of the White Isle with a group of friends including jewellery designer Loree Rodkin and PR manager Polina Kitsenko. The squad even visited Heart Ibiza for a girls' night out.
