Loewe pop-up shop in Ibiza 2017

From late June through to late August, Ibiza's Museum of Contemporary Art will host Loewe's pop-up shop. The exclusive brand has chosen the iconic building again this year to sell their new collection inspired by the White Island.

Paul Anderson, the brand's designer, has been holidaying in Ibiza since he was a kid. It was here that he discovered Paula's boutique, the legendary Ibizan clothes shop known for its exuberant floral patterns. Inspired by Armin Heinemann, owner and designer of Paula's, Anderson has created a capsule collection which will be on display at Loewe's pop-up shop in Ibiza Town, together with 80 original Paula's vintage pieces.

Loewe has published an online book comprising 12 chapters located in 12 iconic White Isle places and featuring 16 persons that have been instrumental to the island's vibe such as Pacha founder Ricardo Urgell, go-go dancer Anna Maria or Toni Pike and illustrated with old 60s, 70s and 80s pictures. Soulwax has also mixed a new song, 'Close to Paradise' to celebrate the collaboration.

The shop is open from Tuesday to Saturday 10:00-14:00 and 18:00-22:00, and Sundays from 10:00 to 14:00.
