This very exclusive restaurant has an unbeatable location, surrounded by pine trees and with views over the wonderful Ibizan countryside. It also comprises a lounge bar and a stunning natural cave.
It has been built around an ancient cave, used for centuries in sacred rituals, and later pirates and smugglers hid their stashes here. Discovered in the 15th century, it was opened as a tourist attraction in 1957. In 2001 it was bought by the owners of the famous nightclub Amnesia, who improved the access to the cave, preserving it with the assistance of geologists.
Nearby, they built a multifunctional space with a large terrace full of exotic plants and an indoor lounge bar. The gourmet restaurant serves the best Spanish produce and a long wine list, with the bottles preserved inside the natural cave.
