Almond blossom wonders

As the island’s illustrious almond trees bloom this month, we are reminded that spring is on the horizon in Ibiza. With balmy temperatures and glorious sunshine, visitors are encouraged to get out and explore the island’s picture-perfect landscapes. One of the best places to watch the trees bloom is in the lush nature park of Es Amunts, which is located in the northern municipality of San Juan. As well as in the countryside of San Jose, the pretty blossom can be found in a variety of spots across the island. This has made hiking a particularly popular activity this month, with plenty of opportunities to discover one of Ibiza’s true marvels.
