The Dutch choose Ibiza

Trivago, the global hotel search engine, has published a list of the favourite holiday destinations among Europeans. Ibiza has reached number one in the Netherlands, above Barcelona, New York and Bali.

Ibiza has also made it to the top ten in Italy, Germany and the UK. The White Isle is not the only Balearic island in the list; Mallorca is the favourite destination in Sweden, while Palma de Mallorca was ranked high in Italy, Portugal and Germany. S'Arenal, on the other hand, is also a top choice for the Dutch.
