This vineyard has been producing wines since the year 2000. They established their winery in La Mola, an area renowned for its quality wines, because of its excellent conditions for the production of grapes.
At this vineyard, they have endeavoured to recuperate autochthonous varieties such as red Monastrell and white Malvasía, which they combine with foreign grapes like Viognier, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
This unique and clever approach to their wines reflects the island’s new age of creativity in this area, which has put Formentera on the international map for wine production.
They produce a wide range of wines, including their signature red Es Monestir, as well as white, rosé, pétillant, and sweet wine made with Muscat grapes.
