Formely known as Cap des Falcó, Expirimental Beach is a restaurant and cocktail bar situated in the protected national park of Ses Salines, close to Es Cavallet Beach, in the South of Ibiza.
The fact that there are no glossy signs to get to it, plus you have to drive across the salt flats, makes this a must do adventure.
The views and sunsets are stunning, you can lie on one of the big beds drinking cava sangria, then once the sun has set retire to a table and eat some delicious Mediterranean cuisine.
