Multi-awarded chef José Miguel Boned presents his modern take on traditional Ibizan cuisine in the centre of Sant Antoni, keeping the essence of classic Mediterranean recipes with contemporary touches.
Using only seasonal produce, often grown in the restaurant's very own vegetable garden, this restaurant is specialised in grilled recipes, cooked over woodfire. Specialities include traditional Ibizan recipes with a twist, such as Bullit de Peix, Sofrit Pages or Greixonera, as well as other innovative signature dishes.
Open Thursday to Tuesday from 13:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to midnight. Closed on Wednesdays.
