Michelin Star Pop-Up Restaurant Opens in Ibiza in September
Michelin-starred chefs will offer tasting menus in September only
Ibiza is gradually turning into a high-end luxury holiday destination, and will now be complete with a pop-up gourmet dining experience.
From September 8th to September 27th, one and two-Michelin-stars chefs will fly to the island to offer their own tasting menus based on fresh local Ibizan produce.
The pop-up restaurant, which aims to create a private club atmosphere with a relaxed vibe, will open six nights a week offering sophisticated tasting menus complete with drink pairing for 250€ per person.
This short-lived occasion, organised by Société Anonyme, will feature five world-renowned awarded chefs from the Netherlands: Ron Blaauw, Soenil Bahadoer, Erik Van Loo, Edwin Vinke and Fred Mustert. Each will cook for a number of nights in a row.
