'Made in Ibiza' - A Documentary About David Guetta

An insight into the DJs evolution as an artist in the Ibiza club scene

Now available on BBC iPlayer is a new documentary that tells the story of David Guetta and his remarkable history with the island of Ibiza.

Undoubtedly one of the world's biggest and most influential dance artists, 'Made In Ibiza' takes a look at Guetta's early career, his impact on the island of Ibiza and follows his rise to international superstardom. From his first ever holidays in Ibiza, to his own DJ career and finally playing at some of the world's most iconic clubs like Space, Pacha and Amnesia.

"I remember when I looked at Ibiza and wanted to go, the first thing you would hear was David Guetta" explains Sebastian Ingrosso, while Martin Garrix simply refers to him as 'the king of Ibiza'. 

Following this BBC documentary, and celebrating the BBC's 20th anniversary of broadcasting from the island, David will also feature in a special, hour-long audio documentary looking at the impact of key artists in Ibiza. Simply titled 'Made In Ibiza', the artists featured include Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin, Nic Fanciulli and Steve Lawler.
