"The most expensive restaurant in the world" is located inside Hard Rock Hotel, in Playa d'en Bossa. With dinner costing 1700€ per person this exclusive restaurant offers a gourmet meal created by five different chefs who have 8 Michelin stars in total.

Head chef Paco Roncero was awarded 2 Michelin stars for his work at La Terraza del Casino restaurant in Madrid. For this 2017 season's menu, he has collaborated with another three 2-Michelin star chefs: Dani García from Marbella, Diego Guerrero from DSTAgE restaurant in Madrid and Toño Pérez from Atrio restaurant in Cáceres. In charge of baking is Spain's most famous pastry master, Paco Torreblanca.

But Sublimotion is so much more. The 12 diners that will sit around its table each night this summer will immerse themselves in a sensory experience that combines food and a complex audiovisual show including songs by David Bisbal, a soundtrack by Alfonso G. Aguilar and DJ Wally López, magic illusions by Jorge Blass, illustrations by Juan Carlos Paz and hand-made crockery by artisan José Piñero.
