Heart Ibiza opens its doors again for summer 2016 thanks to the success of last year's partnership between the food of acclaimed Adrià brothers and the stunning performances of Cirque du Soleil. This multi-sensory experience combines music, art and gastronomy for a unique adventure right in the centre of Ibiza Town.
Ferran Adrià is considered one of the best chefs in the world. His internationally renowned restaurant elBulli, awarded first place in Restaurant Top 50 five times, closed in 2011, but Adrià has not been idle. Together with his brother Albert, named by Time magazine as one of the most influential chefs, and Guy Laliberte, founder of innovative Cirque du Soleil, they have created a stunning space where you can experience the best that modern cuisine and performance art has to offer.
One of the trendiest spots in Ibiza Town, you can spend your whole evening and night at Heart. Start this theatrical & gastronomic tour at the large terrace with a nibble and a drink from one of the street food stalls, featuring recipes from all over the world tweaked by Adrià's signature molecular techniques. Then head indoors for a tasting menu accompanied by circus performances and live music.
