The winery is a small family business that started in 1995 when Antonio Costa reformed and enlarged the winery, setting it up with the latest technology for making wine.
They produce a selection of three red wines, a white wine and a rose. Most of them are produced with local Monastrell grape, while the white wine also includes Malvasía. They also include Tempranillo, Syrah and Merlot in their wines. Grape harvests are done manually from mid-August.
Combining traditional methods with new techniques, you should expect the unexpected as, in addition to the production of delicious blends of wine, some have even been infused with thyme flavour.
There is also a petting zoo with lots of farm animals to see on the estate including goats, donkeys, sheep and hens, as well as exotic birds and a playground for children. So, all in all, a great day out for the whole family.
