One of the unmissable wintry dates on the White Isle, the Wine Festival at Sant Mateu d'Albarca is a celebration of local Ibizan wines.
Celebrated right before Christmas, this festival attracts lots of people, locals and visitors alike, in search for some great regional food and wine.
The festival features a tasting of sobrassada and botifarró (local sausage), paired with Ibizan wines, as well as folk dance and live music.
