Ibiza Sabor Food Festival
Over 40 restaurants around the island offer menus and tapas
Local fare is celebrated at this gastronomic festival in Ibiza, where you can expect menus with plenty of tapas celebrating typical Ibizan flavours.
It's themed every year, and some of the island's lesser-known fish such as the Caramel, Alacha, Jurel, Boga or lluç will feature prominently, as well as regional olive oil, liquors, fruit and veg, honey and more.
There will also be tastings of Ibizan cuisine and produce as well as workshops.
