History
Curated by Biokip Labs, the world’s first proactive art festival came to life in 2011. It takes place in Ibiza from the middle of July for a month. Under the ethos “ART IS FOR EVERYBODY”, this fiesta is held for entirely free. It diffuses art to spread culture and to encourage the public to reflect on imminent social issues. BLOOP is also considered as a long term requalification project of an entire city through art.
