Craft beer made in Ibiza
Ibosim is the Punic name of Ibiza, meaning "Island of Bes", a guardian God. It is also the name of Ibiza's very own craft beer, which you can taste at their bar and brewhouse, while also learning about the manufacturing process.
The beer is made only with natural ingredients, unfiltered, not pasteurised and without additives. Many of their craft beers include typical Ibizan ingredients, such as carob, rosemary and orange peel.
At this brewhouse you will not only be able to try their beers, but also learn more about how they are made with guided tours and tastings.
