In addition, there is a family unit in a new annexe 20 meters from the main villa with 2 bedrooms with a connecting door, 2 bathrooms and a private terrace with sunset views. There is also a separate guesthouse of 80 m² situated 30 metres from the main villa with 2 bedrooms, open plan kitchen and living room, 1 bathroom and a private terrace with sunset views. The whole villa accommodates 18 people.

The main villa has a large living room area complete with open fireplace with ample space for reading, playing games watching TV or just laying back and listening to music. Next to the large modern kitchen is a beautiful dining area with large windows opening to the garden with sea views.

There is a yoga studio in the premises and they organize regular yoga retreats.
