Offering uninterrupted service throughout the day, at this restaurant & bar you can have breakfast, brunch, gourmet lunch & dinner and tapas with wine or a cocktail.

Their menu includes international specialities such as sushi, but also lots of local specialities including red Ibizan prawns, pa amb oli with serrano ham, or rice, as well as Spanish cuisine, grilled meat and fish and home-made desserts & ice creams.

There is also a long wine list with local and international varieties, different types of sangría and lots of signature cocktails including their very own 'Montesol Cocktail' with Hierbas Ibicencas, Palo, eggwhite, hibiscus flower syrup, lime and aniseed flower.

From buffet breakfast to tapas lunch and all-night menu, this restaurant located at Destino Pacha Ibiza Resort serves delicious international cuisine indoor or at their terrace around the pool. You can even book a sunbed and enjoy their cocktails and poolside menu all day.

You can spend your day on a sunbed and order anything from the poolside menu, which includes ceviches, tacos, quesadillas, sushi, burgers, delicious cocktails, healthy juices and smoothies. They even have a takeaway menu to bring you favourites to your villa or your boat, featuring raw food, sushi and a long list of wine and champagne.

In the afternoon, the restaurant turns into Modest and its Mediterranean gastronomic tapas with Asian and Central American influences. Their stylish vinoteque also offers an exclusive selection of wines and champagnes from Spain, France and other popular regions. You can even check out the new Xperience Chef Menu at the Japanese Robata Bar – a rare treat in Ibiza as guests are invited to watch skilled chefs prepare their specialities up close and personal.

3. Paradise Lost Bar

Named after Milton's 17th-century poem, this bar draws on the idea of Ibiza as the Garden of Eden. They serve great cocktails.

Its eccentric interior is part curiosity shop, part gentlemen’s club, part opium den, and there is also a relaxed cobbled terrace right in the heart of it all. The owner, 'Captain Jimmy', really knows about cocktails, especially rum combinations, so ask him for suggestions. You can even order food from the restaurant next door.

4. STK Ibiza Restaurant & Bar

This steakhouse is modern, chic and a reflection of the island's energy. Delicious food, creative cocktails, live DJs and entertainment are the explosive combination here.

The menu features not only meat but also a mixture of creative international cuisine from Chilled Gazpacho to Lobster Fish Fingers, salads, a Raw Bar serving oysters, ceviche and carpaccios, cavia and, of course, the best meat cuts. Shows and entertainment during dinner are a plus.

After dinner, stay and enjoy one of their signature cocktails (Ginger & Blueberry Mule, Guatemala Martini...) to the sound of their DJs. Here you’ll find more than a great culinary experience… You’ll find the perfect night out.

5. 1805 Bar

Combining French flair with Ibiza's artistic soul, you can start your evening with a cocktail at this bar, continue with their brasserie menu, served until 02:30, and finish off your night with a drink at the bar.

The bar is named in honour of Henri-Louis Pernod who launched Pernod absinthe in 1805. The bar is actually specialised in absinthe, which they serve with the classic drip (for free if you have an anchor tattoo!). Signature cocktails include the Green Beast (Pernod absinthe with fresh lime, sugar, water & cucumber), or Sangría 1805 (St Germain liqueur, Peruvian pisco, Noilly Prat dry, fresh lime & sugar).

They serve a snack menu all evening, including mussels, croque monsieur and chips, as well as a dinner menu until 02:30 featuring entrecote, foie gras and goat cheese salad.
