The interior was designed by Rosberg herself. Come here to try speciality ice cream flavours like black vanilla, Lyon praliné, chilli mango, prickly pear ginger, dragon fruit, Spirulina or banana with curry. There is a selection of vegan ice creams. They also serve coffees, tea, freshly pressed juices, smoothies and milkshakes. You might even spot a celebrity or two...

Organic, indulgent, healthy breakfasts, lunches, dinners and all those times in between. They serve home-made cakes together with an extensive juice, smoothie, elixir and protein shake menu. Their vegan, vegetarian, gluten & dairy free options are abundant.

Try their breakfast pancakes, home-made granola, smoothie bowls, an array of avocados and poached eggs, burgers and innovative salads, all with a slight influence from Middle Eastern cuisine. And don’t forget their raw desserts, the famous Passion carrot cake, vegan brownies and cookies.

Open Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to midnight. On Sundays, they open from 10:00 to midnight.

Serving a large range of coffees on the small outside terrace, this is a nice way to start the day. The ham and cheese croissant is divine and will leave you wanting to come back each morning! A stone's throw from Talamanca beach and open 7am to 4pm (until 7pm in July & August).

Set on what is probably the most bustling strip in Ibiza, the high-traffic tourist destination of Playa d'en Bossa, this cafe is extremely fast-paced, busy and even a little messy, as most of their customers are dining in string bikinis, bringing in sand on their bare feet and forever forgetting their beach towels on the chairs – it’s crazy but also always fun.

The menu is super healthy, with predominately vegan and plant-based dishes and a few vegetarian and fish options available on our menu. They also host detoxes, cleanses, supper clubs and workshops.
