1. S'Escalinata Bar

Located in Dalt Vila, with wonderful views over Ibiza Town and marina, sits this small bohemian bar and cafe with a large terrace built on the steps of the street. They serve breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks throughout the day and into the night.

Try out their traditional Spanish toasts for breakfast, or order one of the tasty sandwiches, salads and tapas (we recommend the tortilla with bread and tomato). They also have an extensive cocktail list, including all the classics, as well as wines, beers and hot drinks.

The highlight of this bar is their terrace, set on the stone steps (or "Escalinata") right outside the bar. Comfy stools and beanbags have been brought out for you to enjoy the wonderful views.

Open every day from 10:30 to 03:00.

2. Cafe Mambo Ibiza

Cafe Mambo is one of the famous sunset bars in San Antonio. Originally a derelict house which just happened to be facing one of the most famous sunsets in the world.

The shrewdness of the Mambo team have ensured that its original personality has not been lost. The bar is decorated with traditional Ibicencan features such as mosaics and marble and the terrace has been designed to compliment the surrounding area. Top name dj's play here.

3. Savannah Sunset Strip Bar

This is the place to enjoy breakfast with breathtaking sea views or a cocktail on the terrace while the sun sets.

With its laid-back and funky attitude, this bar is the grown-up sibling of the more raucous Mambo, elegant yet cutting edge with a twist of that Miami vibe thrown in for good measure. Their breakfast menu offers everything from Full English to eggs and smoothies while their gin cocktail bar is well-known island-wide for their unique G&Ts. There is also a Backroom with wild parties.

Open from the end of April to mid-October. Brunch menu from 11:00 to 17:00, evening menu served from 17:00 to midnight, late night menu from midnight to 01:00. Bar open for drinks from 11:00 to 01:00. We recommend booking their sunset tables.
