La Dispensa Restaurant, Ibiza Town
Rustic & contemporary Italian restaurant in Dalt Vila
Divided into four traditional Ibizan houses, this restaurant serves creative Italian food and other Mediterranean dishes. The interior design is also very unique, and they even have a pleasant terrace surrounded by palm trees.
Each of the four houses offers a different atmosphere, from a real Roman pantry, through to several dining rooms, a room to drink cocktails and two private salons available for celebrations. You can also find the shop with its traditional products, from gourmet ones to original creations by them.
Their specialities include red prawns from Ibiza, risotto with mushrooms, different types of tomatoes as well as lasagna cooked with duck confit and caramelised melon sirloin with foie.
Open every day from 11:00-16:30.

- "Lots to love about this place. Set amongst lots of lovely restaurants, located in the old town with its candle lit tables and bustling throng of diners a truly wonderful atmosphere is created. At La Dispensa it's not just the food that keeps this place busy, it's the staff. Diners are instantly made to feel welcome. Staff here are fun, helpful and possess lots of knowledge about the food and wine they proudly serve. You can people watch if you like, but it's just as interesting seeing the quality of the food coming to the other tables. Be sure you leave room for postres. - "Great food, lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Me and my boyfriend passed by looking for a fish restaurant and got attracted by the menu. Even though it was a very busy Saturday evening they immediately accommodated our request and sat us on a cosy table far from the middle of the street. We were advised to order a nice white wine as accompaniment and were served the starter pretty quickly: amazing octopus salad. As main we had the sea bream and the turbot.. .both highly recommended.
