Rafa Nadal rests in Ibiza
The tennis ace relaxes on the island
Rafa Nadal is on a winning streak after having won his 10th Roland Garros tournament. He was seen sunbathing on a yacht this weekend with a group of friends on the island of Formentera.
He recently announced his withdrawal from the Queen's Tournament. According to the tennis star himself, his medical team have recommended he takes a break from his "long clay court season" before Wimbledon starts in early July.
It seems like he has chosen Formentera to rest. He arrived at the celebrity-favourite island on his very own luxury yacht, the Beethoven, a 23-metre long vessel with a large deck and flybridge perfect to accommodate guests. He was also seen cruising on a speedboat with friends.
In the evening, he visited Tatel Restaurant, a trendy Mediterranean eatery he recently opened together with celebrity partners Pau Gasol and Enrique Iglesias. For drinks, they chose Keeper nightclub, just a few metres down from the restaurant.
