A hot summer 2018 in Ibiza
Temperatures above average this season on the island
Summer has just started and Spain's National Meteorological Agency, the AEMET, are predicting that it will be hotter than usual in Ibiza. Average temperatures will rise to around 25.5ºC, with peaks of more than 30ºC.
Remember to pack the sun cream, a couple of hats and the lightest clothes you have for your holiday in Ibiza this summer. Luckily, the crystalline Mediterranean waters of the island's beaches are always just a few minutes away. There's nothing better than a dip in the sea to cool off!
August will also be a drier month than usual with the precipitation rate lower than average. On the contrary, it might rain a little bit more in July and September, mainly in the form of light, short storms.
